Nao consigo fazer atualizacao das maquinas usando Avast Business Protection

Ola, amigos. Sou novo por aqui e gostaria de uma ajuda, se possivel.

Ja somos clientes da Avast desde 2009 e agora renovamos a licenca, e trocamos nossa versao antiga pela Avast Business Protection. O problema eh que nao estou conseguindo fazer as atualizacoes das maquinas da empresa. Ocorre erro sempre. Ou disparando uma tarefa de atualizacao ou tentando atualizar direto do cliente.

Ao tentar pelo cliente ocorre: erro HTTP (401), durante o acesso a 192.168.180.10:80//Avast/Mirror/prod-abp.vpx. Fazendo com que a versao continue sendo a mesma. Nao atualiza pelo espelho, nem pela internet.

Quando tento por uma tarefa, ocorre: Deployment failed on the following target computers: CAVALCANTE-PC (No network provider accepted the given network path [1203]).

Hoje tenho diversas versoes espalhadas pela empresa. Onde estou errando? O que preciso configurar? Existe manual desssa versao para download?
