So iPhone4 and iPod Touch 4G are concerned as well. Main thing to retain about iOS 4.3 on the iPhone is the ability to make it a wi-fi hotspot, allowing satellite devices to connect and share a 3G connection. This had been announced many weeks ago anyway, only difference is this now official. The hotspot functionality might suffer from your ISP's restrictions though
ps: could also be that the feature was already available with "jailbroken" devices.
