virus, possible false positive

hi all after all i dont talk english too good srr :S

i friend give to me a game. the name is not important i think. the problem is that when i try to open the "setup.exe" file avast say that is a virus called something like "Win32:Evo-Gen[susp]"

and when i do right clic on the file and select analize "setup.exe" with avast it say that do not find any virus and when i try to copy and paste the file out of the dvd that is where the avast say is a virus and delete it plz can anyone help me?

if you have the file in virus chest, right click and upload to avast lab as False Positive
