I also don't see anything relating to the fact that Avast supports Computer Users Groups.
Sends representatives to their clubs for Presentation on "Protecting Yourself and Your Identity Online."
I would consider that a public service.  :)

Great point, Bob. That's why I wanted to check with you guys for ideas before doing anything with this. I'm also looking at other companies' pages to see types of things they have listed.

mashak, 1988 is questioned because it was in 1995 that the first av software for Windows95 was written and released. In 1988 only a tool for the Vienna virus was written.

It is great to see that since I started the article 6 years ago, it has been growing and growing.
And it is now in over 30(!) languages available.
