Avast adds unnecessary attachments to incoming emails
« on: December 29, 2008, 02:22:21 PM »
When I get an email avast adds attachments avast.html and avast.txt. Can I prevent that? How?

Thanks,
John

Which is your email program?
As a workaround, you can remove the 'clean notes' of the emails into the Internet Mail and Outlook providers of avast.

Forgive me Tech but with the very little information given by the poster we certainly do not know there really is a problem on incoming messages.
