yeah I've had it and the 404 server error and so far this month I've had TWO streaming updates - one on the 11th and one on the 20th - is this right? What is the problem? When I changed to Avast Internet Protection at £30 I thought it would be hassle free. In the past I've paid for Norton, AVG and now Avast and had nowt but trouble. This will be the last time I ever pay for anti-virus.  >:(

Yes! It is happening to me too, starting about a few days ago. And when I try to update manually the progress bar just sits there. I hope somebody knows how to fix. THis is very annoying. I am a long time Avast! supporter, but sometimes Avast! software had done very bad things to my system. PS I have Internet Security.

If this started a few days ago then it wasn't the same problem.

Is this still happening ?
If so if you can start your own new topic and we will try and help. You can also say what these very bad things are.
