Avast AV Reports Infection on all .exe programs

Whichever programs I open this is the error I get. I scanned with Malware Bytes & Spybot, but it doesnt show any error.

sounds like whatever the process is, it's always the same file hykqvs.tmp being flagged... no idea what that is...did you submit this tmp file to Virus Total?

Your screenshots show that the malware was sent to chest...!!
This could be the reason why Mbam an Spybot didn't find anything.
Anyways, you may want to run free a-squared to recheck, if you like.
