As long as you have a license that covers you for more than one system then you simply install Avast Pro on your wife's system and either open your email containing the license from that system or you can copy the license file to a USB and transfer across.

I like to Know how can I transfer my Avast  antivirus  for 1 computer to a new computer that I got , since I not longer use the Old one. Thanks Omar

uninstall on old computer .... install on new and insert license if it is a payed version ( your payed license may cover more then one computer...did you buy for more then one?)
if it is free version, just install and register
