Thanks for responding. I guess I should have added more info. I've gone to Programs hoping to uninstall, but it's not there. I've typed it into Search, no show, even though I have it so hidden files are shown.
The link you gave me says another way to delete AVG is to download the configuration tool, but that cost money.
I currently have an issue with Grime Fighter. I contacted Support by phone in regards to GF. When they were looking at my computer they pointed out AVG, SpyBot, and some other things that I can't find to delete. They said I had too much grime/junk on my computer for GF to work. But for 170 some bucks an engineer would clean it up for me. Computer's working well enough that I'm not going to do that. But I'd still like to get rid of unnecessary stuff.
