Error 305

Again the "my Avast" web page are down !

Can anyone recommend an better software/site that have the same  functions ?

As of today i am tired of all the problems with Avast web site !

Do something with the problem (Error 305) is already annoying!  >:(
I have two licenses (premium) Samsung S3 and Note 2 .. and every day there are problems with the server!

Hello,

the problem is "only" temporary. Sometimes the server just won't work. Our guys are on the case - but haven't found the flaw so far.

In case of emergency - when the phone gets lost - I would recommend using SMS commands anyway. They are much more reliable and work even without internet access.

SMS commands and how to use them are explained in our manual:

give it a try - it's short and easy to understand.

I understand, but this problem comes happening for long time.

We would like to have total access to the resources because the premium version is paid and some resources are available only in premium.
