avast this phone has been lost or stolen

Hi i have a Motorola ATRIX it says "  avast this phone has been lost or stolen " Needs a " Pin"  please how to remove it i cannot access nothing in my phone or can't turn it off!! help please  cause i forgot it ......  :'( :'( :'(

Does not help ^^ i cannot acces nothing in the phone.,.... all that comes up is avast asking for " Pin " also with the annoying voice omg help  :-\

When the PIN Recovery is set and you will use it, the feature will send a SMS to the set number and this will be your new avast! PIN. ? sorry i not have the same number before.. i use different sim card/number on this phone ,other sim card lost with the pin :'( :'( :'(....

i don't see no " avast! Portal " .... i just registered and made a account and it says " You have no device".....

This is very confusing..............

I had exactly the same problem today (see this topic)
Booting the phone in safe mode and removing the avast app will solve it (how to safe boot depends on your phone, e.g. here)

Problem solved had to do a factory reset on my phone everything is good now ;D ;D Thanks for the help tho Asyn & Tess76

THANKS much!!! Solved my problem. Actually I ended up doing a factory reset.
