What is the sense of Lock App? It's so easy to bypass it

Should this function to make any sense, it should block access to a "managing apps".
Otherwise you can simply kill Avast application to start any blocked application you need. This is big security issue. Or am I wrong and exists some option for this?

do you have in application locking checked Settings and Play Store as is recommended?

OK, I found it. Thank you.
Exactly this I was looking for. Now I understand, why I didn't found it on first try.
All items are sorted alphabetically, so I've searched it as word starting with "S".   But this two items firmly held top two positions, ignoring the sort. :)
