Cannot connect to VPN Avast SecureLine

Hi!

Avast Support: Anybody there? I sent messages... No answer! No ticket number! Nothing.

I cannot use your VPN. An information sign says that it Failed. Check it: I bought your license.

Awaiting your comments. Thanks in advance.
