Incoming connection in windows

Hello I am using winxp sp3 with avast internet security i set up incoming connection of built in winxp problem is that when i use vpn from other computer to connect to this incoming connection it just keep dialing when i stop firewall it connect fine other think that i can not understand is that i can connect other computer with vpn it can not accept help plz

It doesn't solve my problem actually i am accepting vpn connection i can connect other computer through vpn i can't become server and accept others request unless i change firewall profile to home or disable it
