Title: avast license file

hey guys there was supposed to be a license file sent with the email when i bought my avast internet security edition for 39.99 just now, and when i opened up the email there was a link for the download of avast itself but no license file anywhere and on the bottom of the email i got it said license file not found, how do i fix this?

How did you try to download from the link ?
e.g. right click on the link and select save file as, etc. if it is a direct lint to the license.avastlic file.

From whom did you purchase your copy of avast! IS ?

They did the same thing to me. I called tech support, they tried to tell me it was my computer that was screwed,and after an hour on the phone, I ran out of patience. They finally switched me to customer service, and the only issue was they didn't include the license attachment with the e-mail. They resent the e-mail with the attachment,and all is fixed.
