Win32:Qqpass-AS [Trj]

Hello all.
I'm french user ,and unfortunately,i don't speak fluently english.I'm scared,cause avast can't put the virus in quarantaine.IT saids:avast:the processus can not acceed to file because this file is used by an other processus.
Another question:i dream or calling assistance is not possible ?What is the call number for french users?Thanks of all

Hello and Welcome :)

What operating system do you have ( for example...WinXP , WinNT...)?
What was the infected file location and name?
If you have NT based operating system (WinXP,Win2000,WinNT...) you can do a boot-tme scan :
Start avast! simple user interface and go to Menu -> Schedule boot time scan ;)

Another question:i dream or calling assistance is not possible ?What is the call number for french users?Thanks of all
As far as I know calling support is available only for commercial users (users who use Pro version and so...) :-\

So ,i can read the followings informations about the virus:

C:\documents and settings\Harreau\local settings\temporary internet files\Content.IE5\GBVZQPX\cq3[1].exe\[NsPack]
I have windows xp ,avast professional and my version of VPS is: O633-2

So, did you done a boot-time scan, like I've suggested? (I'm pretty sure it will do the trick ;) )

So please ,I paid yesterday 40,oo euros for a anti virus,yours ,this last can not help me,and i seek desperatly for the number of calling support >:(.What can i do?Apparently i have a lot of viruses based on the same schema.Please help me  ::)

So, you scheduled a boot-time scan, restarted the computer, the boot-time scan started and finished - but didn't find any virus?

So,ok ,it becomes harder for me to explain my problems in english.I want a calling support.What can i do for having this number?this is crazy,what are the steps for having this number?I can give my authentification key, my name my localisation,all wich can prove that i'm a commercial user.Where can i send this differents informations wich will permit me to have this number?

vous pouvez telephoner sur le numero du Support, marque sur le web avast!: +420 274 005 666 - l´operateur va vous passer quelqun qui commprends le francais. Vous pouvez aussi demander l´assistence par e-mail (moins cher, parfois plus pratique) en ecrivant sur support@avast.com
