cant access a web site

I cant access a web site and was wondering if avast was blocking it some how. I have the free version and the site loads up but only parts of it. Mostly pics and video cant be seen. Ive disabled avast and still cant use the site :(
   Any suggestions?

When suggesting posting a link, always tell the user to break active links/URL (changing http to hXXp) just in case there may be a malware issue, avoids accidental exposure.
