Parallels Windows log in showed new user: avast updater?
« on: August 18, 2013, 03:14:39 PM »
I opened my Parallels Windows app and it showed the Windows sign in page, however there were now two users instead of one.  The second user was named avastupdater - or something to that effect.  I opened my user name to find the issue and the second user was not in the Windows system.  When I closed the Parallels completely and opened again the second user was missing and I haven't seen it since.
Should I completely uninstall and reinstall?  My avast had been showing an infection in the Parallels - a trojan - and I told avast to delete the file.
Thank you,
Add on:  Just checked users and found a user: asp.net - deleted user and all files from Parallels
