i got in touch with avast about money taken out of my bank account that i did not autherise they said they would look into it they asked me to send a copy of my bank statement which i duly sent and since then i have never heard a thing they also have money of mine which they said they would be returning to my bank and im still waiting for that ive tried two numbers they have and when i rang there was just a peeping noise at the end of the line ive text them six times and had no reply in total they owe me about 80 pounds which is alot of money for a pensioner have they not got the dignity to contact me about my predicament are they con merchants who dont give a dam as long as they have your money if you have any shame avast get in contact with me

How did they get your bank account number ???
What did your order and from whom did you order something ???

Peeping noise..? Did you call the fax number..?? Don't use this.
Also, I don't think that you can text them.
