VIRUS DETECTED BY AVAST: JS DOWNLOADER-BLR (Trj)

Hello,

Avast detected this virus in my PC, JS DOWNLOADER-BLR (Trj). I already moved it to the Virus Chest. Please, can anybody give me some  information about this virus? Can I remove it safely from my PC?

As a rule it is Exploit.BlackHole, and he in turn loads the Win32:Spyware-gen (Trojan.PWS).

Can I remove it safely from my PC?

sinse it is in chest (quarantine) it is already removed

leave infections in chest for a couple of weeks, then right click the file in chest and rescan
if still detected, delete
