Parts of GoDaddy dot com still under cyber attack

Tried to go here: http://www.godaddy.com/domains/domain-transfer.aspx
and a message says the site is experiencing problems
Main site seems back up again after the recent cyber attack,
according to http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/godaddy.com.html
