Because those items are in memory and they are related to LavasSoft program which have signatures in memory and avast mark them as malware so no need to panic,do a boot time scan for sure, and uninstall lavasoft and try another free programs like MBAM or SAS.
Have a niceday.

As Superhacker explained, this is a result of playing with the scan settings
I recomend using the quick or full scan with default settings
remember that the guys at avast! have played with malware 24/7 for many years, so you can trust that they know what settings is best for the normal user

Okay thanks then :)

Next Q.

It seems i have a virus in my msn / Hotmail / Live Mail, that automatically sends mails to my contacts. Where would i scan to find that?
Avast nor Ad-aware finds it, and normally it finds everything, and thats the reason why i've been playing with the scan settings, to see if
it would find anything, i normally don't touch that.

do you read your mail using webmail or a mailprogram ?

Check for malware with this

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.46 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always run update before you scan so you have the latest database
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
please post the scan log here
