Got virus alert while downloading MBAM Full (trial) version

Excuse my ignorance if any, not too computer savy. Running avast AIS trial version and in the middle of downloading MBAM trial full version I get an avast virus alert shown here,  C:\WINDOWS\system32\Sysocmgr.exe that was sent to my virus chest.  Not really sure what it means, I just got my PC back from some hole in the wall computer store, wondering if the dude downloaded some bootleg version of XP. (Long story short, needed XP redownloaded on my old machine after I wiped it too clean)

from where did you download the MBAM there nhomepage?

cnet.  This is the message in my virus chest, isn't it just a file in windows?   C:\WINDOWS\system32\Sysocmgr.exe

The file seems legit (based on name and location), what was the malware detection name for it (ie Win32:...)? It could be that a legit Windows file somehow got infected or patched by malware.

(still  figuring out how to use avast) so now I'm right clicking it (in my chest) and scanning it and it's saying   sysocmgr.ex  - - no virus - - .  Does this mean its a false positive?  what do I do with it in my chest, delete it?

Yes it was a false positive, right click in the chest and select restore
