Mail Sheild

Hi, I have Avast installed but, for some unknown reason, the Mail Shield has turned off.  I have clicked on "Turn On" but nothing happens and I have clicked on "Fix Problem" but nothing happens.  Everything else is running perfectly. Has anyone any idea what has happened and how to fix it?  I would be very, very grateful for some help.  Many thanks.

Hi Zyndstoff.  Well, it worked!!  I had already tried that earlier this morning but obviously I had done something wrong, but it has worked this time and my antivirus is now running perfectly.  Thanks very much for your help.

No Prob.
Sometimes even a "repair" via add/remove programs/avast is enough.
But this way it is from scratch and should be okay.
