Cannot get the wav sound that announces updates

I have just purchased an Hp laptop with 64 bit Win7 OS. I have not heard the announcement when Avast updates. I have gone throught he proper steps to set it and the vpsupd.wav is missing.  So is my talking man gone forever or can someone give me some ideas? 
I had a Vista that lost it and I had to reset it a number of times....that one has since been upgraded to Win7 . I am wondering if because this is the original Win7 is why it is not there. I hope not. I liked hearing that announcement...it was reassuring .

I like the ladie's voice for updates in avast! V5 that's currently in beta.

You have to look in C:\Program Files\Awil Software\Avast4\ENGLISH for the avast! V4 sounds.

Yes I do remember that you helped with the same problem before , however this time each time we attempted to browse from the Avast program to find it, it would take us to a folder that did not have this wav file....I just needed the correct path. I do appreciate your quick response.
