I need web dace tool to upload probably infected files because I can't use gmail send the file, keep finger cross my first project.

why?

you need to send it in a password protected zip file. and write the password in the mail

Just zip the file, and password-protect it.
Include the password in the body of the email, and add the zipped file as an attachment.
Send it to virus@avast.com

Or you could add it to the chest, and send it direct from there.
