Do you use any other antivirus software? or did you use any other before you used avast?
Do you use any security software? (antispyware,firewall,...)

which is your operating system?

I won't worry that much... or anything about that... just verbose of the logs.
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\_avast4_\ is the folder of avast temporary files.

Then the question is why is it error? whats the cause? i didn't use any antivirus before avast because the os i use winxp pro sp2 is just fresh install a couple of days ago. Aside from avast, i have spybot s&d. Teatimer and resident IE helper is active. But as you said i don't worry for that, so it means no problem?

It means no problem at all.
Error trying to handle a file and temporary avast files.
Files that can't be scanned are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
Also, the packaging of the file could have some error, or use a non-standard pattern...
