Page fault in unpaged area

Just happened for the first time today. Woke the computer up from hibernate, it had been running a few minutes, and the screen went all screwed up (multicolored jumbles of pixels) and then it bluescreened. I hadn't been doing anything related to Avast, just checking my email, but it might have been starting a scan or something.

I use the free version of Avast 6.0.1289, Spybot resident, and the windows 7 built in firewall.

Will send the memory dump if I can figure it out.

Update the program to its latest version (currently, 6.0.1367).

Maybe it's related to the hibernate modus. I had already problems with it.
