So google has a encrypted search now...

so is it a effective against google image poisoning?

Any plus points?

The encrypted search means nothing safety wise. It just means that your privacy is even more protected.

Hi true indian,

Those users with the avast shields are advised against it, because it hinders detection. Adblocking (ABP) and pop up blocking (Better Pop Up Blocker) extensions will also do the job as adequately, as will using a script blocking extension, like NotScripts, in GoogleChrome.
