A friend of mine has an interesting issue. Had a working network with 3 computers all running free Avast. Liked it so much decided to purchase the full Professional version. After installing Pro on one computer, he cannot navigate to other computers on his network from that pc. This is not the Internet Security version, just the Pro.
If he turns off the Web shield and Mail shield, he can again see and move files to shares on his network.
Has anyone ever heard of this behavior? I could see it happening with the internet security version, but not the Pro....
