2: i have deep screen enabled but does it require Reputation Services to be on ???

in avast free version will deep screen still work
because i don't see the sandbox in free version

2. You might get some marginal DeepScreen scanning even without reputation services, but generally yes - reputation services can be considered as required for the DeepScreen to work properly.
3. Yes, right now it's deployed for on-exec scanning only.
Yes, it certainly works even in avast! Free (just as AutoSandbox did in previous versions).

4 so deep screen sandboxes files automatically in background
so the sandbox is built into avast with no setting required
