Error 42120 ARJ Archive is corrupt

So I recently downloaded avast and currently I'm receiving a warning for a file that I can't find and wont show in finder in a folder I deleted last year. The date of the scan reads July 14, 2012 when I last had avast I believe. How do I get rid of this warning?

Hi,
  there's not much I can comment on. If you ran a scan recently and there's detected such an infection, the folder is still present on the disk (even if not visible to finder). If you speak about an old scan result, it doesn't reflect changes that happend on your file system after the scan completition.
