avast! Pro 4 7 869 ~ license key invalid?!?!

Why do I get message "The license key for this product is invalid." ?
It's newly purchased program, what do I do  It can't update virus database, i'm so angry

If this is a newly purchased program, it should be version 4.7.871.

There have recently been a number of Pro registration keys blocked as being pirated/fake. The Image Igor asked for would help to confirm one way or another. Where did you buy your copy of avast Pro ?

You may have been sold a pirated copy or cracked registration key. You should contact the people who sold you the copy or contact sales @ avast.com without the spaces and explain the problem.

Try to add your key again...in the About-window you have a Licence-key button.

it work fine for 1 month it update regularly each day, but then i get red pop-up window and license key invalid  :'( :'( :'(
what do i do?? will avast! ever work fine  :'( :'(
helpppp i try enter license and still invalid!!

xxx is only the first part of the license key - nobody can enter it without the second part.
If you don't want to post it here, you can send it to me by PM.

If XXXXX is a legal license key (which you have purchased), your best bet is to contact whoever sold it to you.

Of course, if the key was not legally obtained, there's no point in continuing...

All we can see is a string of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which looks nothing like a registration key.

The Type: 'release' in your info I think should either be Home or Pro if you have in fact entered the Registration key you should have received by email, using the License Key button in my image (this is the screen shot that Igor is asking for).

The key that is displayed in the Image I have posted isn't the complete key just a partial key but will help confirm if it is in fact a valid key. If it has previously worked perhaps you have been using the Demo key that only lasts for 60 days.
