Return file from quarrantine chest

Ran a boot scan and Avast identified a file as a PUP file which I moved to the Chest. I have found out it is okay and just one of the files provided by HP.  I can't seem to figure out how to undo the quarantine and return the file back where it was originally found.  I'd appreciate any help or suggestions, thanks.

Maintenance > Chest > right click > restore

After the Restore, Confirm that the file is back in the original location and if so you can remove the copy that remains in the chest.
