Msg "Enter password" when clicking on blue ball

when I click on the blue ball I get a box with the request for entering a password.
I don't know which password. I never got one.

What blue ball? What version of avast are you using?

Welcome to the Forum.
Sounds like you set avast! up to require a password for access.
If you don't remember it, you'll need to totally remove avast! and then re-install it this time without
setting it up to require a password.
