close all the windows and the applications during the installation and during the analyse.

Download here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Install (choose your langage ; do not modify the parameters of install) and update it.

close any current applications!

Launch Malwarebyte's.

Make a complete scan

Let the program work ( make nothing other with the computer during the scan).
at the end you click "result".
Verify that all the infected objects are validated, then click " deletion".

Note :

If it is necessary to start again your computer to finish the cleaning, make!

Post the report after the deletion of the infected objects (in the tab "report / log" of Malwarebytes, the last one dates)

for the pop-up :

in Avast! , In the tab Sounds, Uncheck "Activate sounds avast!". To deactivate this parameter will not prevent Avast from working correctly.
