I thank you for your post, and I agree with you that it's getting confusing. That's why I said I'm not going to worry about it unless something else happens.
I never heard anything more on Oct. 22 and then suddenly today, Nov. 5, I get a notice that I have a response. That's quite a gap. I had already gone ahead and removed the file in question way back so let's just consider it closed.
