Avast! Virus Definitions not updating?

My Avast! 2014-9-0-2018 version is not updating virus definitions. I am stuck on 140319-0?
My OS is Windows 7 SP1 32bit and I am really frustrated and worried because my avast! is not Up-to-date.
When i click Update virus definitions it says "Already up to date" and my freind has the latest one, 140420...
What is up with that?

I wonder if the server that you are trying to connect to has a glitch

You can run the latest update package from here http://www.avast.com/en-gb/download-update

I'm running 9.0.2018 and it will not automatically update, it still has an update from 140419-3 but when I manually updated it finally moved to 140420-0.  Was my system just slow to update or is not automatically updating?

Nevermind dudes, I installed avast! Free and now it updates automatically. No problem here!
