URL:Mal Issue! HELP!

Dear all, I kept receiving warning msg from Avast of this Malware.
could this malware affect my work on the opensource files?
Please help me to remove the Malware!

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the desktop
Run FRST and press Fix
A log will be generated on completion

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan.
  • After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

I had done the steps you mentioned above and the txt file as per attached.

I had also attached the log file from FRST as well

It was just some adware, probably yontoo layers for this one but between FRST and Adwcleaner all the bad stuff was removed :)
