adware got past avast!

AN ADWARE GOT PAST THE WEB SHEILD>.... WHAT IS WRONG!!!
the adware was adware,trymedia... luckily mbam caught it... but I thought avast's detection was decent... this virus has been around for a long long long time..

Can you post the edited link for it (hxxp...)?
Did you got any infected file? Can you send it for analysis?
