But you also have to fight another mighty enemy, - dust - , once every half a year or so. A bit of compressed air will work just fine. Most at risk might be your graphical card specially if you are into heavy gaming and so it is well worth the trouble if you are nearing temps of 70 degrees after some hours of normal duty.
