Author Topic: Can't get license to load - says 'access denied'. Please help!  (Read 2598 times)

Bought 2 year license - will not load.  It says 'Access denied'. 
Even with tech help, remote access.  He says I have registry errors, and  need to fix this before the license will load.  I've never had this problem before. He offered to help for $169.00.  I said no. 
Can someone please help me with this issue?
I run Windows XP sp3
Avast 8.0.1483 Internet Security

Yep, thanks.  I read it, had already tried everything written there several times, even the tech did it too.  Still wouldn't load.... :(  any other ideas?  Thanks.

It is best to stay in the one topic as trying to follow this, what you have tried and or haven't is very hard to follow.

Sorry.  I tried to post my issues separately so they could be addressed that way, but the other thread seemed to go on into this problem as well.  I would be happy to use whichever thread works better. :)

It is all about keeping all the information together in the one topic as any one trying to help has all available information and previous suggestions. Essentially this one should be let slide.
