Keep getting a popup from Avast!

Hi there I keep getting a popup from Avast.

It is Malicious URL Blocked

Object:   91.217.153.48/bc840551717
Process:   file://C:\Windows\SysWOW64\netcenter32.exe
Infection:   URL:MAL

Not sure what to do.

welcome to the forum.

try a boot scan as a first opition

second do a scan with malwarebytes antimalware
download, install update and do a scan. don't forget to remove what it finds. a system reboot might be needed.

someone will check that log for you. I'm no expert my self on them so.
