"STEAMp3" does this seem legitimate?

I was recently recommended this app by a friend, though I'm always paranoid and would like to hear some opinions before I install it.

It acts as an add-on to Steam and performs numerous tasks which would otherwise require running numerous other programs in the background. My only concern is if it may possibly collect information or download unwanted files onto the machine without the user knowing. Again, I'm being paranoid, but the program it's self has few users and their site has never been rated.

I've submitted the file to virus total and Avast's labs, as well as had their site scanned.
