Error, cannot find the specified file

Hi, I need help! After running a boot up scan I cannot do anything with the viruses found. Just says "error cannot find the specified file". Can someone tell me what to do.Thanks

Sorry, my typing is terrible and I could not copy and paste the file info from avast, wife will be home soon and I can get her to post the file info correctly.
