It didn't work... I tried to reboot, but nothing has changed. So I unroot and reroot again, but same story...

When you rooted your phone, the SuperSu app is installed.

It's not rooted, but the program fail to root it. It says "successful" but it doesn't install the SU app

Ok, let's do this way: suggest me a program that you know for root my android and let's see if there's any difference

I feel really sad... I've tried to root with the link that you sent me but it didn't work. The only thing that it changed is that now I have the terminal emulator, but I'm still not root...

Then your device might not be rootable using conventional tools, not much we can do about.
