AVAST SE HA DETENIDO

Buenas.
Avast se ha detenido y me dice que esta inactivo y que debo arrancarlo. He intentado desinstalarlo con el programa de desinstalación de avast y me dice " the avast self protection module is enabled" y por eso me dice que no me deja desistalarlo.

Tambien he ido a servicios en mi pc pero me dice que está activado.
¿ Que puedo hace?
