Can someone help me? I keep getting this browser appearing on my PC

thankfully Avast blocks it but I would like to rid my PC of it completely.

follow instructions here  http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

run AdwCleaner .... and click clean after scan
run Malwarebytes and click remove selected after scan....

then run OTL diagnostic program

attach (not copy and paste) all logs
