Sandbox not working in windows 8?

i am running the windows 8 consumer preview and avast sandbox appears to not be running, every option in the sandbox settings are blank and if i change them they dont save i am also unable to run anything sandboxed, i have tried a full uninstall -> reinstall of avast but same thing, is it a known issue or is mine just being stupid, i tried to search around but didnt find anything on the matter.

sandbox isn't fully compatible with win8 yet, they modified patchguard protection on 64-bit Win8 OS so this must be investigated properly

Any idea when this will be working with Win 8 and also how to configure the firewall to prevent it blocking the Win8 Apps, e.g. Store, Remote Desktop
