AVAST POP UP WARNING ON REBOOT

Upon reboot, I got this morning an Avast pop up warning about some program wanting to modify the avast ini. file. I of course said: "don't allow". In any case, Am I infected. I'm using Avast since 1998 and this is the first time. I'm on vista, Avast v. 4.8.1185. ???

Do a manual program update as there has been a beta refresh and the latest version is now 4.8.1187. This should correct this.

There is a more button on the displayed pop-up clicking that shows which program it is trying to modify avast4.ini that is what you want to know.

I did not notice that. I was so surprised and was in the process of rebooting, next time may be. ;D

You just need to reboot, see image to see the additional information.
